Cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before printing starts by messaging us on WhatsApp. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

Damaged or wrong item

Please record an unboxing video and message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll reprint and resend the item or refund you.

Returns

Because every item is made specially, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Small layer lines and minor variations are a natural part of 3D printing and are not defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to your original UPI / bank account within 5–7 working days.
